Family Tree Maker Free Template

I'm supposed to create a family tree of a family died out several years ago, has to be free too?

I am following a family line, and have the 12 names, birth dates, marriage dates and death dates. The house they lived in the past has been transformed into a restaurant and the owners asked me to do a family tree of this family all the information abouve. I need a model of free, or the manufacturer of the tree I could not conceive, and then type the name of each family member, nobody knows about these sites?
